  2. I'm Black and a former Marine. Very emotional situation... The man must have been trying to provoke him so he can flash his badge and use the code of blue to have him arrested. So, he's retired... He's allowed to keep his badge and gun as well as a pension. Pension is something he earned unless there's proof otherwise of wrong doing. But, I would at least relieve him of his badge and gun. He's giving police a bad name and those on the fence will pause and think what's really happening with law enforcement.

  3. As I’ve mentioned in another post this was a thing even in my day growing up in the 1970s. As a Black kid, you just have to expect that out of nowhere when it happens. It can be crushing for a kid meeting their idols. Even Santa and the Waster Bunny are not immune. Why I don’t go ga-ga over celebs and politicians because they always seem to disappoint...

  8. It's still the wild west in fast foods with anyone with the money can put down for a franchise store. I've done fast foods for 30 years as a second job and there are some really cruel bosses out there. District doesn't care until the State or news media finds out.
