I'm Black and a former Marine. Very emotional situation... The man must have been trying to provoke him so he can flash his badge and use the code of blue to have him arrested. So, he's retired... He's allowed to keep his badge and gun as well as a pension. Pension is something he earned unless there's proof otherwise of wrong doing. But, I would at least relieve him of his badge and gun. He's giving police a bad name and those on the fence will pause and think what's really happening with law enforcement.
