  1. Apple has gone right back to making things complicated with feature creep and indistinguishable iPad models. Outrated iPads have become props for online scams. Only the software can tell you what you really have. Apple needs to trim the lineup and simplify iPadOS because it's a bloated mess right now with some features only a few will actually find useful.

  2. There's battery life and recharge cycles. Putting all your work on an iPhone (even a powerful one) is going to lead to a short life for the device. iPads have a larger battery and can last much longer.
