Very odd that the really ugly cars are low on the list while the moderately conventional cars are at the top. Like the people that made the list weren't alive in the 90s to know what was going on then. Automakers were in transition from chrome trim and bumpers to a uni-body design. The bubble look is to give a better view for drivers of approaching hazards. No cameras or high-tech map interface in those days.
