  1. Did any of these journalists even serve? Better to make mistakes in virtual world with digital people than to make the same mistakes in the real world. Call of Duty is good training. You may or may not see combat or be in a disastrous event but you can be better prepared because of games. These journalists are such insulated children. Shock Ryan McCaffrey would be since knowing him from OXM podcast days. Thinking back, he and his cohost Dan Amrich dodged the layoff bullet on that one. Not a good look.
