  1. Police prejudge all the time... in the field and not follow official pollcy in many regions. This is why people are tired of the police running roughshod over everyone and play favorite.

  2. Fairness... an American citizen is dead in his home and they talk fairness. 11,000 operations a year...in the same way...I would be looking at all those Ops to see if we have a rouge agency. How can they see what to collect in the dark. Night vision and flashlights can only see so much. It seems they were using this as a training exercise and to appear to be useful to the politicians by doing these raids. Do we even need an ATF force or can they be rolled into another agency like the FBI... Was the ATF fair to cut electricity to a house for an info gathering search warrant which makes everything a 1000 times more difficult for someone not familiar with the housing layout.

  3. Money for miltiary grade weapons, night vision, and armor but no body cams. Come on Director Dettelbach... There brought enough firepower to repell a platoon size assault... A man with a Glock in his PJs wouldn't get far in the dark...
