  4. Cheap or free labor with low safety standards is always going to beat out others doing it right. This makes it more likely for labor disputes as the space program becomes more profitable. They reverse engineer spacecrafts designs from other countries and apply it to their own designs. It's easier knowing the route once someone makes a map for others to follow. Give them something no one hasn't done before and watch the efficiency drop like a rock. Research, testing, and development from the ground up is very costly.
