  1. I feel the 19 year old has a solid case since he couldn't comprehend the enormous amount of risk involved regardless of what was signed. He has his whole life in front of him and trusted the judgement of others around him.

  2. I remember some haunted houses and movies in my day giving out novelty waivers warning that the movie is scary and not responsible for heart attacks, haunting etc. It was more for theater than a real document adding to the thrill. Wonder if it was really legally binding...🤔
