  1. Public store and physical force will be applied for "loitering, soliciting and trespassing..." REALLY...😳 Excessive force lawsuits incoming... Who Is overwatching the guard to make sure this isn't going to get out of hand. Some guards takes it too far against people just walking by shadowing them or spotlighting passers-by.
