  1. Book is expensive and out of print. You can't even find a pdf or eBook of it other than a preview. What a shame... Learning Electrical Engineering isn't that hard. The confusing part is the two competing carrier theorys between electron and conventional hole theory. In my day, techicians were taught electron current theory while enginerers were taught conventional postive hole theory. Currently hole theory is strongly recommended for anyone starting out in electroncis. We have Ben Franklin to thank for guessing wrong. By the time it was found that electrons moved in the opposite direction there were too many people and books out to change so it was decided to continue this line of thinking since there's on polarity differences.
