Sorry David, this is the first time I have to disagree with you.   After seeing a lot of crazy things in California, it's easy for anyone to cross dress to get access to a certain locker room.  There's no prereq or process other than someone's word.  Some will look at this as an opportunity to use this for perverted activities.  Just look at internet of all the hidden cameras videos of women changing in the locker room.  The woman has a right to privacy as the transgender.  She shouldn't have to leave because the transgender, obviously not surgically sex changed, wants access to the woman's locker room.  That should be the answer right there. Get a sex-change and gain access to that way.

Until something happens and they're sued.   They still have to follow the law even if they're a private business.  They need to follow sanitation laws and can't show bias for race, gender, religion etc.  The woman has a right not to change clothes in front of a person that still has male parts.

  3. ryan8878 So are you in favor of unisex locker rooms? Men and women have separate areas but are equal under the law.   This may be a case for the Supreme Court to decide.
