David, I respect your position on this but I can't agree with it. Unisex locker rooms? What you are saying, if I get this right, is that there should be no separate locker rooms for the sexes. Like Starship Troopers, where male, female, and transgender dress and shower in one room with no privacy. What would be the point of it otherwise. As for the woman, you are correct but only partly. If she is in it for financial gain but what if she only got the refund AFTER going to the media? She may have a case if she has been dressing with the person and not knowing about it and Planet Fitness would be libel for not making clear their locker room policy. She operating under a set of rules accepted in public throughout the world. I think she's doing this for a date with the US Supreme Court.
