  1. When police pull their weapons out and points it at someone in these situations, are the cops being cautious or paranoid.  I've been stopped at gunpoint simple walking home from work. I always get a nearby place was robbed and it was a black man. That's suppose to justify pulling their guns out. - Marine Vet
