  1. "Fall in line." Not good wording on their part.  Looks like they got an air tight lawsuit with Expo banning any legal catch-all statements that they can do this without notice or reason.  Life time ban is insanely extreme.  The complaints will have to be shown in court.  I would at least see the Honey Badgers getting reimbursement for money spent on their events.

There are groups that have "infiltrated" Comic-Con to push their cases and agendas in the past to the point of being down right annoying as with last year's Comic-Con and religious fanatics photo-bombing pictures and reciting the Bible. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MP7Mqg0YctE  They were there in prior years but last year was the worst.   The Honey Badgers seem tame compared to those fanatics.  Though annoying they were with in their rights to be there.

In regards to pubic funds for the event, Alison would be correct in this case.  In addition to the public money the Expo receive, they are using public buildings and infrastructure and therefore have to protect the rights of citizens.  If a McDonald's has a small restaurant in the building, they would have to protect citizen rights because the rent space in the Expo and don't own it. .
