I don't think anyone knows the real answer to that question, but what certainly IS clear is that it certainly ain't either Joe or Kam!

@beishtkione24 Not officially though. While yes Wilson's second wife in particular was technically the "first female president" in function, she still never officially took the office or was ever declared the true president, so that's why she still isn't counted in the lists of presidents of the United States.

@beishtkione24 What don't you understand? You're the one who brought up instances of a First Lady helping a president do their job when that wasn't what the original discussion was about, which was concerning the presidential line of succession.

Not saying it can't be exploited, but it's still important to realize that virtually any and all laws on the books can be abused and used for nefarious purposes. It's an unavoidable reality of making a law and a constitutional amendment especially.
