  1. ​ @crazekananas Trump is a former DEMOCRAT, yes, but I wouldn't really say he was ever really "liberal" in the way we think of the term. He might've had a few left wing positions here and there, but by and large he's always been a populist guy and you could argue he was more of a Blue Dog Dem if anything (y'know, back when that was actually a thing).
