I don't intend to diminish the potential influence Taylor Swift or really any disgusting celebrity could have in future political elections, and I do fear that one day either her or someone like her could run for president and get elected simply because of their cultish fanbase that are cast under their spell even if their ideas aren't worth a shit, but at the same time I do think the supposed "threat" Swift poses to the 2024 election and helping Biden get elected is greatly exaggerated. I think a LOT of the hardcore annoying swifties are already left leaning to begin with and a lot of them were probably gonna vote for Biden regardless of anything Swift herself does, so it's not like it really changes things that much.
On top of that, Swift's sole endorsed candidate, Phil Bredesen in 2018, actually went DOWN in the polls after Swift endorsed him and he ended up losing by 11 points to now TN senator Marsha Blackburn, so evidently you need way more than just a Swift endorsement to carry you in an election (granted I do think Bredesen's loss had more to do with the Kavanaugh situation {though it's worth noting Bredesen did claim he would've voted to confirm Kavanaugh; regardless the mess the Dems created at his confirmation hearing meant he couldn't quite rid himself of the situation} and the fact that TN itself has drifted so far to the right than Swift endorsing him, but the point still stands that it did little to help him). And even if her endorsement of Biden in 2020 did move some votes, I highly doubt it was anything more than like a few hundred to a couple thousand, which even in the closest swing states wouldn't have been enough anyway.
We should be prepared to deal with any and all threats to Trump getting back in the White House and we certainly shouldn't get complacent, but I do think at least a couple people need to take a chill pill if they're worried that Taylor Swift alone will re-elect Biden or that she'll somehow play a heavy factor in that if it (god forbid) somehow happens.
