  3. If SCOTUS doesn't overturn this, America's all but finished. Makes you wonder just how bad the dirt Trump has on these people must be... How else could you explain them so desperately trying to get rid of ONE single man from holding office?

  4. ​ @MakeAmericaStraightAgain1776 Sad but true. The Overton window keeps shifting ever more to the left anyway. Republicans are only just a couple election cycles away from just basically being diet Democrats, and a lot of RINOs can already be classified as such right now.

The problem is that a fair amount of states (including several of the all-important swing states) don't even allow write ins, so if Trump is disqualified from the ballot in most or even all of these said states then Biden has effectively won by default. This is an absolutely scary and dangerous situation and precedent, and the fact that anyone is actually treating this lightly and trying to take the optimistic approach of "OH DON'T WORRY, THEY'LL OVERTURN IT!" is not helping matters either. We MUST fight this diligently and take this ruling seriously, because if we don't, the left will be enabled to do this across the entire country, and then at that point the U.S.A. is truly no more.
