After this raid and Trump's recent messaging there's absolutely no one who even comes CLOSE to holding a candle to him for the 2024 nomination in my book (Well I guess maybe Tucker Carlson but I highly doubt he'll ever run). Not to mention that state politics tend to be different than federal politics and DeSantis has too many unknowns about him to where I don't feel comfortable putting him on the national stage, especially considering that he'd also be automatically replaced by his lieutanant governor who is basically just Cuban Nikki Haley.

I'll be completely honest, it took me a LONG time for me to finally get fully on board the Trump 2024 train (I was never a DeSantis simp either but I simply wasn't liking Trump's actions throughout 2021 and some this year and had some reservations about what he'd even do in his second term), but after it came out that he wants to abolish the three letter corrupt justice departments in his second term and ESPECIALLY after this horrifying and downright disgusting raid, there's no doubt in my mind that Trump is by far and away still the guy we need in 2024. The establishment is evil and MUST be defeated at all costs! Otherwise our country is lost!

  3. I sadly have a hunch he's gonna go with Kristi Noem since he loves her so much for some reason. But I think better picks would be people like Josh Hawley, Kim Reynolds (if Trump REALLY wants a woman VP that badly she's by far the best fit in that regard), Rick Scott or, if he wants to take a bit more of a risk, even someone like Rand Paul (though I don't think he'd add too much to the ticket).

  4. Exactly. This raid has proven what we've known for a long time now: There's no bigger threat to the system than Donald Trump which is why they're so desperate to take him down!
