@michaelhsi1997 You do know that the hapless premier league has no proof or evidence because if they had any they would have hit the champions with two or three serious offences but instead are desperately trying a scattergun approach. Also these allegations have already been thrown out by a proper court of law.

@wengelder9256 That’s completely untrue, the Premier League has to abide by English laws which place a limit of six years for civil matters so the Champions if they wanted to could have everything prior to 2017 disregarded due to being out of time however the Champions know that they can prove these allegations bogus and want them heard to prevent uneducated people droning on about technicalities. The stuff CAS disregarded as expired was exactly the same as the stuff they found City completely innocent of and criticised EUFA for incompetence. The hapless Premier League has got itself into a mess and is desperately looking for a way out without losing to much face.
