CAS cleared City of EVERYTHING and criticised EUFA for bringing charges years out of date but stated they would have cleared City had they been in date. The fine was for not cooperating with corrupt EUFA which City had no intention of doing. Stop embarrassing yourself and read the report.

Go and read the CAS report.
