  1. I think there’s significantly more Neanderthal walking around than we realize. I’ve seen a fair chunk of Neanderthal features in people ever since I learnt of them. They basically all still exist, just scraped out like butter over too much bread.

  2. 10:00 Tacitus says of the Germans that they are only fit for sudden bouts of exertion. I suppose this could be due to Neanderthal blood.

  3. I just realized, by outlawing ivory we’ve taken away the one reason humans had to tolerate the existence of Elephants. Now they’ll probably just convert their habitat into farms.

  4. Remember though we are estimating height often based on long bones. But I’m not sure we really have enough whole skeletons to accurately do this.
