  1. Allergies are, in my personal experience, food related in humans too. Or gut related rather. My gut is damaged somehow, but when I avoid nightshade for example I don't have hay fever symptoms anymore. Dusty environments, stress and bad food are just the triggers on which my gut reacts. I don't know if it's antibiotics or other crap we put in food that ruined my gut in the first place, but my 'gut' says it's either one of those.

  2. I wouldn't use soap, especially not that much. You're flushing away the natural protection of his skin.
