I can tell you, this does not work if there is an underlying gut issue. I subconsciously knew drinking water often alleviated some allergic issues, so whenever I was having hay fever reaction I would drink. However at some point this meant I would drink 6L of water per day and my kidneys were suffering for it. Had to go through hospital stuff. So, don't be me and try and figure out what's upsetting your gut. Try not eating breakfast and lunch on a sunday and then see how you feel. If you are not having allergic reactions by dinner time then you kind of know. If you don't live alone and someone is watching you, you could try fasting for a longer time. After this try to figure out what's upsetting your gut. I personally try to cut out the processed crap as much as possible, but there's also other things I cut. Although there are also things you may want to try to add instead.

Potatoskin literally triggers my allergies. Same with apple. I think they call this cross-allergy.
