  2. Spent a loooot of time indoors as a teen. But a lot of time outside as a kid. I guess if the theory is true, then the latter saved me from terrible eyesight.

  5. Winter Solstice is the rebirth of the sun, and given the fact we know Indo-Europeans believed in reincarnation it's a really simple 1+1=2. These sites are all Burial Mounds which track the Winter Solstice, because at that point there's a rebirth of their ancestors. That's my 2 cents, bye.

  6. I found myself doing the same thing. I first thought it was because I'm not a native English speaker. But then I realized that, normally when your mind drifts off or if you simply couldn't understand what someone said, you just go "huh?" or "sorry, what did you say?". And since you simply can not make an actor rephrase his sentence, you need subtitles. And it's much like you said, people speak naturally on camera now, expecting to always be understood.
