  1. “Arguably nothing much had changed there”. Well in fact, modern day working class isn’t much more than a serf, even middle class people are just serfs with privileges. There are no free men in modern society. The closest you’ll get is people with lots of land and a decent chunk of money.

  4. I mean the whole nobility things is about prowess in battle, especially leadership. So it makes much sense that good fighters would be free men.

  5.  @thatladfromthe40s82  What? A fair system? You know what a fair system is? Forming a community with your family that actually cares for you and helps you in tackling the world. And not letting yourself get bullied by big corporations. Today's 'system' is crony capitalism with a drip for the 'normal people' paired with some fearmongering so that they don't rise up. There are no fair 'systems' that anyone can create. Just become independant and free of this cancerous society, that is your only way to freedom and a fair life.
