  1. I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of the ‘Friesche Stabij’ and the ‘Drentse Patrijs’ (Dutch names). But they look quite similar. Although I don’t know how big yours will get.

  2. By the way, in the Netherlands have to put a leash on the dogs by law when we go into the forest. Not doing so will get you fined. They say the reason is that a dog might chase boars and get himself hurt. And yet it’s a shame, we moved closer to the forest for a reason, not to keep my dog as a prisoner.
