  1. I mean, it's just a lame excuse. You sign treaties with countries, not governments. If they didn't like the change of power, they should've reversed the treaty and handed back the nuclear weapons to Ukraine. It would be good that Russia receives some kind of punishment for breaking this treaty. Otherwise, what is the point of them?
