  4. Let's be honest here. Men are easily aroused. If you dress so tightly that you may as well be naked and then start squatting or doing yoga or whatever, our subconscious will force us to turn our heads toward you. This is why it is a great thing that there are womens gyms, so they can exercise without making themselves and others feel uncomfortable. It is the same with the beach. If you dress in something that just about covers your private parts up in public and you are attractive, you will make men horny. This is our biology. And then we either act on it and look, or we feel uncomfortable the whole time. So either accept you will get looks if you walk around half-naked, or don't walk around half-naked.

  7. I'm the kind of 60s person. I can eat massive amount of food and not gain weight. Simple answer is... Don't eat preprepared food, prepare your own food from scratch. If you are Dutch like me, real grassfed butter should be your cooking grease. If you are French, use lard. If you want to fry foods, use cow fat. Basically, you have to take control of your own food, put some effort into it and make LOCAL TRADITIONAL food. Best way really to do this is to split the tasks between you and your partner. Don't work at the same time so that either if you always has time to prepare food.
