  1. Totally agree. I've ditched modern style clothing for the good 'ol cotton/linnen under, wool over. And it works. It's warm, it's comfortable and it's dry. I don't see at all why attempts were made to change what works. Perhaps to find something more economical? Change for the sake of change is so stupid though.

  2. We used to wear felt HATS and broadcloth (wool) coats for this. Still works wonders.
