  1.  @libryttrs7881  stop naming science as one thing. Every study is different, none of them are perfect, especially when it comes to food science. Hard, fact based science requires you to test by only changing one thing while having only constants for the rest of the variables. This simply isn’t possible with food science (and many other fields like climate science) and thus you get a much bigger variety of results in research. It really is up to the individual to make sense of it.
