  3. 1 minute in and I’m already agreeing so hard. Animal fats are PERFECT for cooking, they don’t fucking splatter, they taste GREAT, they have a high burn temp, they come naturally with the animals we kill for meat... They also don’t turn into inflammatory radicals after they are heated.
