  1. Ye hay fever makes me very very irritable as well. I can almost explode when people (who have never had to deal with allergy) tell me to “blow my nose” or to “stop sniffing”.

  2. Probably because these theories are just theories and they’re probably wrong. I’m guessing it has more to do with gut health and mass produced food (medication, hormones, pesticides) and anti-biotics wreaking havoc on our gut. (I have never had the healthiest diet myself, lacking leafgreens and way too much exotic food like tomatoes and such)
