As the owner of the SRT 392, I agree with most of what Chris says except "blistering speed" - the car is fast-ish, but it's naturally aspirated and the power comes on very linearly and does not throw you into the back of your seat. It "pulls confidently" is the best way I can describe it but I always wished it was faster (for example, the same power numbers as a forced induction motor such that the TQ and HP were accessible lower in RPM range) would have made the car 30% more fun. Very liveable car though... the exhaust is perfection.

JazzedHellcat you are spot on, I regretted not doing so. I sold the 392 a month ago and am looking at doing an Chevy SS + Magnuson build... if that falls through I may go shopping for a hellcat charger right after the Trackhawk and Demon hit the streets (hopefully some nice markdowns available for Hellcats)

No mid-muffler delete, I loved how the car sounded stock and I thought that mid delete, while awesome, was too noisy for my particular neighborhood (would piss off some older folks that we like that live nearby). The Procharger will be PERFECT for that car... I doubt I would have sold it if it had all that power.

I was shopping left and right for a 2017 Chevy SS to do a Magnuson Heartbeart install with but I missed GM's 20% off deal in March and all the dealers were being ridiculous (for a discontinued car) - then totally out of left field after about a month of hunting for an SS, I see a Ford dealer out in Ohio with a 2017 Raptor, loaded, for sale... with no markup... on a whim I made an offer UNDER and they accepted it... go figure. So now I have a '17 Raptor... very different animal, quick for a truck, love how "big" it drives and how big it physically is. Like I said though, if I had gotten a hellcat or done what you are going to do, I would likely still be driving the charger.

Anthony Rogers hard to find for a fair price, GM ran 20% off in March for two weeks, new one was $39k out the door. now they are back up to 47+ which is obnoxious knowing if you pay that YOU are the one taking the bath on resale. I'm going to wait until year end and find a manual that had been sitting for a while.
