If it was a seizure it very well could have been his first seizure he ever experienced and he probably wouldn’t have been able to pull over. Also, if its proven that it was a medical emergency obviously it wouldn’t be murder.

  11.  @joyaustin6581  WTF! There are people that have no history of having a medical condition and appear to be in great health that suffer medical emergencies while driving. People can be driving along and feel fine and then in an instant suffer a medical emergency that would prevent them from having any control over their body. I’m in no means making excuses for a murder, because if they in fact did have a medical emergency while driving they’re certainly not a murderer. Use your brain and put yourself in the drivers position, if this happened to you, (which could happen) would you think you committed murder? Of course not, because that would be wrong and absolutely ridiculous to punish someone for something they had no control over.

  12. Type of medical emergency would be none of your business. If he had no prior knowledge of a medical emergency ever happening to him there would have been no reason for him not to drive. So without any information you just assume he’s had medical emergencies in the past.
