  3. Well, because had their employee not placed it on the hood it would not have attracted the dog and the dog wouldn’t have scratched the vehicle trying to get the pizza.

  4. Wrong! Domino’s is responsible for their employee. Had the employee not placed the pizza on the car the dog wouldn’t have been attracted to the smell and scratched the vehicle.

  8. Did you not see the dog scratching the car to get the pizza? Had the pizzas not be placed on the hood it wouldn’t have attracted the dog and the dog wouldn’t have scratched the car.
