  41. Bethany Hanna It’s never okay to park in the access area, because you could be inconveniencing another person with a disability from exiting, or entering their vehicle. If the larger access area is needed, then park your vehicle so you will have access. I need the access area to be positioned on my drivers side, so sometimes I have to back into a space to use that area.
