  1. thechum There's ways to gain entry to those points on vehicles that are setup like that. Anyway, I doubt anyone in their right mind would bother removing their vehicles battery to defeat these types of thieves. :)

  3. thechum Actually if you were to remove/disconnect your vehicles battery it would work, because the transmitter would be sending a signal to a vehicle that has no power to unlock the doors for the thief to gain entry. Anyway, if someone were to want to defeat this practice, it would be more practical to simply remove the battery from you key fob/transmitter.

  4. C MONEY Why not? They're extremely convenient, plus they cause less wear on key cylinders and ignition switches.
