  3. It's a safety feature, but it seems that as long as the driver remains seat belted, you can open the door while slowly moving and not activate that feature.

  4. +MAXQ14 I guess that's just how BMW decided to engineer that system to work. I'm sure they have their reasons for not activating the parking brake under those circumstances. IDK

  5. Here's an idea, just come to a complete stop at every stop sign like you should, and then you don't have to worry if it causes any damage. :)
