Blind corner? Get real, that driver could easily see that other vehicle was stopped.

@paladin3116 Insurance payout? That doesn’t make much sense. It’s not like they would receive anything more than the amount that’s needed to repair their vehicle.
5
Well it’s annoying and unnecessary, because the other vehicle was obviously stopped.
4
@juliangoodwin2190 The driver that stopped for no reason could see them and they could see that they weren’t rolling the Stop sign.
4
You hope it’s painful? WTF is wrong with you?
3
@TheSackese No it’s not.
3
The cammers incorrect response to that vehicle pulling out makes them at fault for the damage caused to their own vehicle. Also, it’s doubtful that damage would fall under comprehensive coverage.
3
You don’t know that, you’re just making an assumption.
2
@TheSackese No, I never said you were lying, I said you were wrong. It’s not my job to provide proof that your claim is false. You’re just mad, because you know your claim is wrong, makes no sense and is ridiculous. Automatic drivers license revocation for running a stop sign? Get real! lol 🤣 Just for kicks I did a simple Google search on your claim and guess what? No results even mentioning a persons driver’s license being revoked for running a stop sign. 😆
2
If you’re not doing anything wrong, then why would you care that someone was honking their horn at you? It’s much easier to simply ignore them and continue on your way.
2
Helping them get away? What would you expect them to chase them down? WTF!
1
Well, because that would be stupid.
1
The cammers lack of driving skill caused them to damage their vehicle.
1
@TheSackese As if I would have to been to the rest of the world to know what you said wasn’t true.
1
@TheSackese No!
1
@TheSackese No, actually that’s not how it works, it doesn’t prove that I was wrong. See I don’t take kind to people thinking that they can TELL ME what to do. I do what I want and had I wanted to prove you wrong I would have certainly taken the time to do just that. Anyway, you’re the one made the claim, so the burden of proof is on you.
1
@TheSackese No, you made the outlandish, ridiculous claim that running a stop sign is an automatic license revocation in most parts of the world. You said that… that is the claim YOU made, therefore the burden of proof is on you. If what you’ve said is true, you shouldn’t have any problem/issue proving your claim.
1
They didn’t cause the cammer to swerve, the cammer made that decision.
1
Nope. The cammer was in the street first and they have the right of way. Also, not sure where you got that completion of special movement from, but it sounds like bull shit. 😆
1
@DirtyDan77 That’s not what I said, nor meant. Obviously one should do what they can to avoid contact with another vehicle if it can be done safely. The cammer had the incorrect response to that vehicle pulling out in front of them, they had other options.
1
@DirtyDan77 Well the obvious option would be to continue to going straight while immediately getting on the brakes hard and if they’re unable to stop in time then just hit the other vehicle.
1
@DirtyDan77 Had the cammer immediately got on the brakes hard and had made contact with the vehicle it probably would have hit the back portion of the drivers door (somewhere around the door handle area) and the quarter panel. Also, had the cammer braked hard they would have scrubbed off a decent amount of speed and significantly lessened the impact. As for your question about the insurance, I would rather be found in the right by the insurance company. I can’t worry about other peoples actions that caused them to get injured, but obviously I can and would worry about my own injuries caused by another drivers negligence. You’re right hitting something with your car isn’t fun, nor is paying for your own damages you caused to your vehicle by avoiding another driver that made a bone headed mistake.
