  5. Jeff Mech It is different where that took place, apparently it’s the first driver to stop that has the right of way. Anyway both drivers never actually came to a stop, so technically neither had the right of way.

  19. 320iSTWEdition How do you know it was his phone? It sounded like two people in the vehicle having a conversation with a caller. It could have been passengers phone connected and he just happened to decide to join in on a few parts of the conversation. Oh and F.Y.I. I’m definitely not excusing the drivers behavior.
