@skydiverclassc2031 He did evaluate the situation before reacting. He saw it was an elderly woman by herself, which obviously wouldn’t seem like much of a threat.

@karrezza Why would something like that have to happen every day to make it worth a person’s while to carry their firearm at all times? Obviously It’s better to have it and not need it, than to not have it and need it. Also, what made you think they were driving like an asshole?
