  1. Why wouldn’t you? Do you think people like waiting around to be released? I’m fairly certain that people get arrested and released at all times throughout the day and night. Should be illegal? Why force someone to stay locked up after being bailed out/released for what could be many hours for absolutely no reason? That wouldn’t make sense and would create problems. Released during business hours... get real. lol 🤣

  4. Smart! 😁 Even if they were released elsewhere eventually some of those balloons will probably end up landing on power lines and causing problems.
