  5.  @tylernf2387  that's a good point. If they're handcuff they're already vulnerable and easier to control than adding pepper spray when they already can't move. It's crazy to hear the cop say "just pepper spray her already" WTF

  9. Let me remind everyone, she is 9-years-old, it is normal for her to "act like a child" because she is one! Don't expect her to make an adult decision.
