Tiger Woods has celebrity privilege. If that was anyone else they would have gotten a citation rather people witness the crash or not.

So they're not gonna give Tiger Woods a citation cuz no police or witness the crash? Thats dumb! Police give citations all the time with no speed radar evidence.

@isabellind1292 that's actually a really good point!! I forgot about that yet the police claim there was no witnesses to give him a citation! They're lying. Tiger woods probably paid the police off or they just don't want to give the celebrity a ticket.
