"all people will be counted who are living in the area" the constitution does not mention ONLY U.S citizens will be counted on the census! Respect the constitution and thanks for admitting that the only reason you dont want undocumented immigrants from coming is because you dont want them to vote democrats. So your mission is to block immigrants from being counted that way republicans can get seats. YOU JUST ADMITTED THAT yet are claiming that democrats are doing the same thing YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW lol

  13.  @victorvaughan2590  "The framers meant to say..." That is your thoughts and opinion but again it is not written in the constitution. So whatever you believe they meant isnt written in law. That is you implying what they meant but you never met the framers and talked to them to actually know. I am going by what is written in law. Unless it says written "Only U.S citizens will be counted" you cannot assume and imply that is what they meant when it was never written that way. Because if thats the case than we can all create laws by interpreting laws however we want to benefit us and you cant say anything about it because thats "what they meant to say" sorry laws dont work that way

  14.  @victorvaughan2590  then you're gonna have to talk to the republican party on not taking the constitution up word for word on what it says and should update the constitution to today's modern times because Republicans always follow the constitution word for word knowing that when the constitution was created it was during different times in the 18 century but Republicans do not care and still follow it as it reads... that is how republican congressman operate.

  15.  @victorvaughan2590  thanks for your opinion but again the founding fathers who you said are the experts of the constitution NEVER wrote "only u.s citizens will be counted" and instead wrote that every person will be counted for the census. Dont argue with me. Argue with the founding fathers who aren't pushing your agenda. The law is the law.
