  7.  Baby yoda  not necessarily. People have to go back and vote again and majority of people don't really go out twice to vote. In 2008 I believe. Georgia had a runoff senate election and a few democrats went to vote, majority of Republicans went to vote and thats how they got both republican senators because Georgia has a history that democrats don't usually go to vote in runoff elections. Most people just vote for president and ignore all other elections.
