The crazy thing is the Hispanic community is very divided. 50% are republicans and 50% democrats. We are not a united community.

@Mumpsimus Anthony I can say I am mexican myself and all of my family are catholics but even then in my own family 50% are republicans and 50% are democrats. So it definitely varies between family by family.

@adrianhutabarat1736 Thats very true, African Americans are definitely alot more united politically than hispanics are. But why do you think Cuban Americans choose to be republicans?

@adrianhutabarat1736 I can see your point because castro was an extreme socialist. So I can see why they would associate the democrat party for castro, however I also know many democrats have condemn communist countries so either these cubans havent listen to what the democrat party has said against communism in the past or maybe its another reason why they are republicans.

@giovannag9783 I think it's because Castro said he was a socialist. That's why. It's not comparing it's more going off what the dictator said he was when he was alive
