@UNSTABLE111 not only the jury but the judge as well because if the jury finds derek guilty then it will be the judges duty to decide the punishment and how long he will be in prison. For all we know the judge can reduce his time in prison.

@AscentofTrollbane if that's that's case then why did Paul Manafort get VIP treatment in his jail cell. He didn't have to wear the uniform, was able to keep his cell phone, laptop and was able to send and receive emails inside his cell. That just goes to show you that many Trump politicians get special treatment not actual prison treatment
