@bettypro You are not supposed to sleep with the electric blankets on in the uk. They are for heating up the bed before you get in. Then to keep warm during the night you use a hot water bottle ( with or without cover) and some people also use bedsocks. 😊

@janne2744 Wind turbines are blotting the landscape in many countries, they kill and hurt the wildlife, destabilise the ground, make people ill, cost ridiculous amounts of money to build and maintain, have to have a reliable energy source to back them up for when there is no wind and when they are broken/malfunctioning, and are ruinous to the environment.

 @bonariablackie4047 In ireland, especially in winter, the amount of power from solar panels is low, in winter, negligible.
